OSHA: 10-Hour Construction Certification
2 Days | 10 hours total
Our OSHA 10-Hour class is a certified introductory Job Site Safety course for the construction industry. We discuss workplace safety, employee and employer rights and responsibilities on construction sites.
Course Objectives
Identify and understand employee/employer rights and responsibilities under OSHA.
Recognize, take corrective action, and prevent worker exposure regarding common job site hazards as well as OSHA’s Focus Four: Fall Hazards, Electrical Hazards, Struck By Hazards, and Caught In/Between Hazards.
Learn about the risks associated with use of ladders, stairway, scaffolding, material handling on construction site
Select appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and lifesaving equipment
Cityview Requirements
Must have valid form of identification (US Driver's License, Passport)
Complete the OSHA Registration Form
100% attendance and Class participation
Must complete and pass a final written Exam.
Submit an “End of Course Evaluation” form
End of class receivables:
Students will receive an OSHA 10-Hour Construction Industry wallet card.
OSHA: 30-Hour Construction
4 Days | 30 hours total
Our OSHA 30-Hour class includes instruction in OSHA policies & procedures, construction safety, health standards and principles. This certification is recommended for supervisors, project managers or anyone desiring to increase their knowledge in construction safety. Furthermore, our students will learn about OSHA standard 29 CFR 1926. They will be better equipped to recognize specific hazards and implement corrective action techniques.

Learn about excavations, confined spaces, emergency action plans.
Understand the 5 classes of fires and discuss means of extinguishing them
